Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, August 20, 2018 <br />Page 12 <br />will: provide for appropriate regulations for that. We don't, have a ton of regulatory <br />authority. They did aggregate much of what local communities can do through home. rule, <br />but there is a model ordinance that we drafted- to be introduced. Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Law Department) <br />Ordinance No. 2018-25 moved to Second Read. <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2018-26, entitled, "An Ordinance enacting Section <br />767.772 in Chapter 767 in order to provide for the permit fee for short term rentals." <br />Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Law Department) _ <br />Ordinance No. '2018-26 moved to Second Read. <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 2018-38, entitled, "An emergency Resolution <br />author'izing Mayfield Village to enter into contract with the County of Cuyahoga to <br />provide for the housing and care of prisoners committed by Mayfield Village on an as- <br />needed basis." Introduced by Mayor Bodriar (Law Department) - <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Meyers, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2018-38 <br />Council President Saponaro asked; discussiori? <br />There was.none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Resolution Adopted <br />.
