Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, September 17, 2018 <br />Page 11 <br /> <br />There was none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Approved <br />Resolution No. 2018-40, entitled, "An emergency Resolution accepting the amounts and <br />rates as determined by the Budget Commission and authorizing the necessary tax levies <br />and certifying them to the County Fiscal Officer" Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Law <br />Department) <br /> <br />7 <br />I <br />L <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2018-40. <br />Council President Pro Tem Williams asked, discussion? <br />Mr. Wynne stated, in July, Council may recall they passed the Alternative Tax Budget for 2019. <br />In that budget we presented to Cuyahoga County how we wanted our property tax dollars <br />allocated amongst the different funds. They approved that budget. Now this is the official ? <br />legislation we need to pass accepting those rates so that when the property tax revenue comes in <br />they know how to distribute it to the Village's different funds. <br />Council President Pro Tem Williams asked, questions? <br />There were none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Resolution Adopted <br />ANY OTHER MATTER BEFORE COUNCIL <br />Mayor Bodnar stated, I neglected at the beginning to thank Mrs. Mills and the Historical Society <br />for another great Ice Cream Social last Wednesday. It was a perfect evening. The ice cream was <br />great. The company was even better. I took my 91 year-old father and he really enjoyed <br />himself. Thank you very much for another great evening. <br />Council President Pro Tem Williams asked, any other matters? <br />There were none.
