MINUTES OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING OF COUNCIL Mayfield Village Civic Hall - Mayfield Village Civic Center Monday, January 8, 2018 - 6:15 p.m. The Council of Mayfield Village met in Special Session for their Organizational Meeting on Monday, January 8, 2018 at Mayfield Village Civic Hall. Mayor Bodnar called the meeting to order at 6:15 p.m. ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Marquardt, Mrs. Mills, Dr. Parker (6:20 p.m.), Mr. Saponaro and Mr. Williams Also Present: Mayor Bodnar, Mr. Meyers, Mr. Schutt, Mr. Wynne, Mr. Cappello, Assistant Fire Chief Girbino Mr. Marrelli (6:20 p.m.), Mr. Metzung, Chief Edelman, Mr. McAvinew, Ms. Wolgamuth and Mrs. Betsa The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. Administration of Oath of Office to Lillian "Patsy" Mills, Ward 2 Council Mayor Bodnar adininistered the oath of office to Lillian "Patsy' Mills, Ward 2 Council representative. Administration of Oath of Office to George Williams, Ward 4 Council Mayor Bodnar administered the oath of office to George Williams, Ward 4 Council representative. Administration of Oath of Office to Allen Meyers, Council-At-Large Mayor Bodnar administered the oath of office to Allen Meyers, Council-At-Large representative. Administration of Oath of Office to Stephen Schutt, Council-At Large Mayor Bodnar administered the oath of office to Stephen Schutt, Council-At-Large representative. Mayor Bodnar congratulated a11 re-elected and newly-elected Council. Normally, we would break for some refreshments at this point, but since we have a very long agenda this evening, we are going to reserve refreshments for our next Council meeting on Monday, January 29, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. I hope to see you a11 back here for that. Congratulations to the newly-elected and all of their family and friends present this evening. Election of President of Council for 2018 Mayor Bodnar opened the floor for nominations for Council President for 2018.
