Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, March 19, 2018 <br />Page 2 <br />and of course when the 3ra grade students come through and tour every Spring which is a real <br />highlight for us and for the students at St. Francis and Center School. I am reaching out to the <br />Mayor and Diane about the coming Bicentennial of Mayfield Village. We are getting a little <br />excited about the planning of that and hoping we are going to have some good activities. The <br />Historical Society is very anYious to help you with that planning. <br />One of the things I want to just put out there to the"people here is we are also looking for people <br />to help our Association as tour guides, or pulling weeds, or being a research librarian. If you <br />know someone in your neighborhood who is retired and looking for something to do, have them <br />give us a call. We sure could use the volunteer help. Thank you again for your donation. <br />Mayor Bodnar stated, thank you, Joan. If you want to help out the Historical Society and you <br />don't remember who to call,. just call us at the main number and we will give you Joan's number. <br />Thanks. . <br />- Administration of Oath of Office to David Hunter - Ordinance Review Committee <br />Mayor Bodnar administered the oath of office to David Hunter as member of the Ordinance <br />Review Committee. <br />- Administration of Oath of Office to Stipe Bajan - Full-Time Patrol Officer <br />Mayor Bodnar administered the oath of office to Full-Time Patrol Officer Stipe Bajan. <br />- Administration of Oath of Office to Joshua Manypennv - Full-Time Police Sergeant <br />Mayor Bodnar administered the oath of office to Full-Time Police Sergeant Joshua Manypenny. <br />Mrs. Manypenny placed the pin on Sergeant Manypenny. <br />Mayor Bodnar stated, I think we are about to take a short break to celebrate the swearing ins for <br />this evening, but before we do that, I just wanted you all to join me in wishing our Council <br />President Joe Saponaro a very very Happy Birthday. Joe, thank you for all of your many years <br />of service to the Village. <br />Council President Saponaro stated, thank you Mayor Bodnar. We will take a short break so <br />everyone can celebrate all these good things. <br />Council took a break at 8:09 p.m. for refreshments. <br />Council reconvened at 8:20 p.m. <br />Comrnents From Council President Sanonaro <br />Council President Saponaro stated, we will first have a brief presentation from Councilman Meyers. I <br />lci7ow we have some folks here fi•om SOM Court. I don't ]aiow if we have someone represeiiting the <br />Sewer Dish-ict here. <br />? ? <br /> <br />
