Miiiutes of tlie Regular Meeting of Council Monday, May 21, 2018 <br />Page 16 <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to enact Resolution No. 2018-26. <br />Council President Pro Tem Williams asked, discussion? <br />Mr. Wynne stated, at the previous Council meeting, Council approved the filing of an application <br />with the Sewer District to use our Community Cost-Shaxe furids towards the Stormwater Project. <br />That application has been approved and now this Agreement is in place for the use of those <br />funds. We will be using $550,000 of our Community Cost-Share money over the next 5 years to <br />reimburse ourselves for the Beta Drive project. . <br />Council President Pro Tem Williams stated, thank you. First Reading of IZesolution No. 2018-27 -"Ail emergency resolution authorizing <br />Mayfield Village to accept tlie proposals of Records Imaging Service for the Digitizing of <br />Permanent Records Project:" (Introduced by Mayor Bodnar). (Law Department) <br />1VIrs. Mills asked, do we want to move this to Second Read to discuss this in Caucus? <br />Mr. Coyne. stated, it's pretty straightforward. It's Records Imaging Service for the digifizing of <br />perinanent-records. There are two agreements attached to it. One is for the software and the <br />other is for tlle work to be performed. It's up to Council obviously but that's the sole purpose. <br />Dr. Parker asked; is there any pressing rieed to push it ahead at this point? Does it need to be <br />passed tonight? Mr. Coyne stated, the onl.y question I have about maybe moving it forward, is that the proposal is <br />dated May 3?d. I thinlc they guarantee it for 30 days I believe. You do run tlie risk of it changing. <br />That's one of the reasons we look at einergencies sometimes to keep the contract fresh. <br />Council President Pro Tem Willianis stated, this item appears to have been on the agenda for <br />quite a long time.
