ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried NAYS: None Resolution Adopted Mayor Bodnar administered the Oath of Office to Thomas Cappello as Engineer for Mayfield Village, Ohio. • Resolution No. 2019-08, entitled, "An emergency resolution authorizing Mayfield Village to accept the bid of The Davey Tree Expert Company in the, amount of $28,500.00 for the Tree Lawn Tree Maintenance Project."
