MINUTES OF THE SPECIAI, MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Mayfield Village Civic Hall - Mayfield Village Civic Center <br />Monday, February 11, 2019 - Immediately following Caucus at 7:00 p.m. <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in Special Session on Monday, February 11; 2019 <br />immediately following Caucus at 7:00 p.m. at Mayfield Village Civic Hall. Council President <br />Saponaro called the meeting to order at 7:21 p.m. . <br />ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Marquardt, Mr. Meyers, Mrs. Mills, <br />Mr. Saponaro, Mr. Schutt and Mr. Williams <br />Also Present: Mayor Bodnar, Mr: Coyne, Mr. Wynne, Mr. Cappello, <br />Chief Carcioppolo, Chief Matias, NIr. Marrelli, <br />Mr. Metzung, Mr. McAvinew, Ms. Wolgamuth and Mrs. Betsa <br />Absent: Dr. Parker <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />Council President Saponaro stated, first, we want to wish Ms. Wolgamuth a Happy Birthday on <br />February 21 St <br />Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $13,054 to the Bureau of <br />Workers' Compensation for the 2018 True-Up Report liability. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to authorize expenditure in the amount <br />of $13,054 to the Bureau of Workers' Compensation for the 2018 True-Up Report liability. <br />Council President Saponaro asked, discussion? <br />Mr. Wynne stated, again real quickly, in January of 2018, we paid an insurance premium to the <br />Bureau of Workers' Compensation based upon their estimate of what our payroll would be for <br />calendar year 2018. Now we are required to update that calculation based upon what the actual <br />payroll was for 2018. The payment is required by February 15'b. <br />Council President Saponaro stated, very good.
