Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, March 18, 2019 <br />Page 14 <br />There was none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Agenda Amended <br />Motion to authorize an expenditure in the amended amount of $7,342.00 to Lake <br />County Nursery for purchase of trees for the annual spring tree planting. (Service <br />Department) <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to authorize an expenditure in the <br />amended amount of $7,342.00 to Lake County Nursery for purchase of trees for the annual <br />spring tree planting. (Service Department) <br />Council President Saponaro asked, discussion? <br />There was none. <br />ROLL CALL <br />AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Mr. Coyne stated, point of order Council President? <br />Council President Saponaro replied, yes. <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />Mr. Coyne stated, for the Clerk to note that the new price is $7,342.00. That's the amended <br />amount. <br />Council President Saponaro stated, yes. Thank you. And the number of trees is 44. <br />• Resolution No. 2019-18, entitled, "An emergency resolution authorizing Mayfield <br />Village to accept the bid of Axon Enterprise, Inc. in the amount of $88,323.00 for the <br />purchasing of body cameras including the software and a five year service and <br />replacement contract for the Mayfield Village Police Department." Introduced by Mayor <br />Bodnar. (Police Department). <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2019-18. <br />Council President Saponaro asked, discussion? <br />There was none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Resolution Adopted <br />
