(Finance Department) Motion to reject the bid received for the "Fire Station Second Floor HVAC Demolition and Construction" as the bid was in excess of ten percent above the estimated cost of the project and must be rejected pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 153.12. (Fire Department) Motion to authorize an additional expenditure in an amount not to exceed $2,750 to Cianci Construction to cover the cost to remove an additional (8) corroded anchor rods entirely and replace with new anchor rods epoxied to the existing drilled pier foundations. ($8,250 approved by Council on February 15, 2019) (Parks and Recreation) Motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of $7,864.00 to Lake County Nursery for purchase of trees for the annual spring tree planting. (Police Department). • Resolution No. 2019-19, entitled, "An emergency resolution authorizing Mayfield Village to accept the bid of Skoda Construction, Inc. in the amount of $154,395 and enter into a contract for Phase 4 site and lighting improvements at the Grove Amphitheatre." (Parks and Recreation Department). • Resolution No. 2019-20, entitled, "An emergency resolution authorizing Mayfield Village to accept the bid of Cicogna Electric & Sign Company in the amount of $37,990.00 and to enter into a contract for the installation of monumental signage in the Parkview Recreation area."
