Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, April 15, 2019 <br />Page 12 <br />Motion to reconvene into Regular Session of Council <br />Mr. Williams, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to reconvene into Regular Session of <br />Council. <br />Council President Saponaro asked, discussion? <br />There were none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None <br />Council reconvened into Regular Session at 7:51 p.m. <br />Motion to amend the agenda to add Resolution No. 2019-32 <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to amend the agenda to add Resolution <br />No. 2019-32. <br />Council President Saponaro asked, discussion? <br />There was none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Agenda Amended <br />• Resolution No. 2019-32, entitled, "An emergency resolution in support of proffering a <br />letter of intent to the Mayfield School District and the Mayfield Board of Education to <br />exchange properties." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar. (Administration). <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2019-32. <br />Council President Saponaro asked, discussion? <br />Mayor Bodnar stated, I am just going to go over briefly what this is all about. This is a property <br />swap between the Mayfield School District and Mayfield Village. This is the approval of a letter <br />of intent tonight, but what it entails is Mayfield Village swapping the two parcels that we <br />currently own immediately adjacent to the east of the High School on Wilson Mills with a <br />property that is near Center School just to the north of the southern trailhead. That property is <br />adjacent to the trail. It is adjacent to our First Responder's Memorial and the ODOT property <br />that we currently own. That would be to the benefit of the schools. What they intend to do then <br />is use our property to put in a new driveway and align that driveway with Miner Road. They <br />would eliminate the driveway that is currently there that is just to the east of the old library <br />building and then with regard to the driveway that is west of that building on Wilson Mills Road, <br />there is currently a light there. That light would come out. The driveway would remain but it <br />
