MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Mayfield Village Reserve Hall — Mayfield Village Civic Center <br />Monday, May 6, 2019 — Immediately following Caucus at 7:00 p.m. <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in Special <br />following Caucus at 7:00 p.m. at Mayfield Vi <br />called the meeting to order at 7:17 p.m. <br />Session on Monday, May 6, 2019 immediately <br />lage Civic Hall. Council President Saponaro <br />ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Marquardt, Mr. Meyers (7:25), Mrs. Mills, Dr. Parker, <br />Mr. Saponaro, Mr. Schutt and Mr. Williams <br />Also Present: Mr. Wynne, Mr. Coyne, Mr. Cappello, Chief Carcioppolo <br />Lieutenant Jablonski, Mr. Marrelli, Mr. Metzung, <br />Mr. McAvinew, Ms. Wolgamuth and Mrs. Betsa <br />Absent: Mayor Bodnar <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />OPEN PORTION <br />Russ Previte <br />6757 Thornapple <br />I just wanted to let you guys know that when they dropped the machine off today to pave the <br />balance of Robley, they ran it down Thornapple and now we have on that one side, the south side <br />of the street, a washboard effect where there are tracks on the freshly done finished pavement. <br />Mr. Cappello asked, did they leave asphalt off the tracks? <br />Mr. Previte replied, you can actually feel them. I drove my Suburban up there. When you get <br />off the track, you can feel a little bit of a ripple which I figure is going to hold water on a rainy <br />day. <br />Mr. Cappello stated, I find, again, I'm not saying that's not the case, I will have to go look. They <br />just finished the paving on Robley. They are cleaning up right now. I will have to go over and <br />take a look. That's fresh asphalt but should be cured enough and old enough that they shouldn't <br />have that issue. <br />Council President Saponaro asked, you will look at it and make sure? <br />Mr. Cappello replied, definitely. <br />Council President Saponaro stated, okay. <br />
