Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday. July 15. 2019 <br />Page 8 <br />Resolution No. 2019-46, entitled, "An emergency resolution adopting the Alternative <br />Tax Budget information for Mayfield Village, Ohio for the Fiscal Year 2020." (Finance) <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2019-46, <br />Council President Saponaro asked, discussion? <br />Mr. Wynne stated, it is an annual requirement with the County that by July 15`h of every year, <br />Council needs to pass and I need to submit by July 19th what's called an Alternative Tax Budget <br />and what it basically does is it is a very rough budget of what our finances look like for 2020. <br />The main interest of the County with this is the property tax revenue we anticipate receiving as <br />to how we are going to budget the receipt of those dollars and to make sure that enough of those <br />dollars are allocated to make our debt payments when they come due. <br />Council President Saponaro stated, very good. Any questions? <br />There was none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />• Resolution No. 2019-47, entitled, "An emergency resolution authorizing Mayfield <br />Village to participate in the FY2019 U.S. Forest Service Great Lakes Restoration <br />Initiative Application and authorizing Mayfield Village to encumber funds in an amount <br />not to exceed $19,180 for the reforestation of riparian habitat on Village property." <br />Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Service Department) <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2019-47. <br />Council President Saponaro asked, discussion? Does anyone want to take this on? <br />Mr. Metzung stated, just as an overview, this is a part of the 10 -acre lot that was the Beech <br />Hill/Bonnieview holding tank years ago and the area that was the holding tank has become a <br />grass field. The other 10 acres of it is trees now. They are just looking to reforest the 3 acres of <br />non -forested area to bring it back to its original state and help the little creek that runs through <br />behind Bonnieview and into the Hanover Woods area. <br />Council President Saponaro stated, okay. Any questions regarding this? <br />There were none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />
