Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Administration) Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2019-57. Council President Pro Tem Meyers asked, any discussion? There was none. ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried NAYS: None Resolution Adopted • Resolution No. 2019-58, entitled, "An emergency resolution authorizing Mayfield Village to accept the bid of Pat Flowers, Inc. in the amount of $33,002.46 for the 2019 Street Striping Program." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Engineer) Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2019-58. Council President Pro Tem Meyers asked, any discussion? There was none. Agresta Construction in an amount not to exceed $38,774.00 for the emergency Thornapple Drive Pavement and Catch Basin Repair Project." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Engineer) Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2019-59. Council President Pro Tem Meyers asked, any discussion? Mr. Cappello reported, we opened bids last Friday. We received four bids. The lowest bidder, Lake County Landscape & Supply, we have not had any experience with. We checked the references they provided. After I did my due diligence regarding that, I found that they do not have the experience in the roadway portion so I am recommending C.A. Agresta.
