Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Finance Department) Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2019-60. Council President Saponaro asked, discussion? Mr. Wynne stated, this is an annual requirement. In July, Council passed the Alternative Tax Budget which gave the County a preliminary look at our numbers for next year and how we want to allocate our property tax dollars. They have approved that Alternative Tax Budget. This Resolution just formalizes what they have approved. It is an annual requirement. Council President Saponaro stated, very good. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Resolution Adopted Resolution No. 2019-61, entitled, "An emergency resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor and President of Council to enter into a Natural Gas Sales Agreement with NextEra Energy Services, Ohio LLC in order to enroll in the preferred NOPEC Municipal Pricing Program."
