Collective bargaining matters (121.22(G)(4) <br />Pending court action (121.22(G)(3) <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to enter into Executive Session relating <br />to the following: Collective bargaining matters (121.22(G)(4) and Pending court action <br />(I 21.22(G)(3). <br />Council President Saponaro asked, discussion? <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Council President Saponaro stated, just so everyone knows, there will be nothing that we are <br />voting on. After the Executive Session, we will come back here because we have to vote to go <br />out of Executive Session and then we will address any other matter, closing comments and <br />adjournment. You are welcome to stay, but please be aware of that. Besides members of <br />Council, I would like Mr. Betsa, Ms. Wolgamuth, Mr. Wynne and Mr. Coyne to come into <br />Executive Session please.
