(Service Department). <br />Mr. Murphy, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to authorize expenditure in the amount <br />of $8,450 to Deluxe Heating and Cooling for annual maintenance agreement. (Service <br />Department). <br />Council President Schutt asked, discussion? <br />Mr. Wynne stated, yes, just one comment. We have been using Deluxe for years. They do all of <br />our HVAC work and this is for all the preventative maintenance on our HVACs for all of our <br />facilities with the exception of the Fire Department. <br />Council President Schutt stated, thank you Ron. Any questions? <br />There were none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />Ms. Wolgamuth stated, Council President, if I might, the next three Ordinances that are before <br />Council cover employee wages, benefits and terms and conditions of employment. Ordinance <br />2020-09 is to ratify the collective bargaining agreement with the Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge <br />57 representing the Village's unionized police employees. Ordinance 2020-10 is to ratify the <br />collective bargaining agreement with the International Association of Firefighters Local 2619 who <br />represent the Village's unionized fire employees and Ordinance 2020-11 covers all of the non - <br />unionized employees of the Village. Because these ordinances cover wages, benefits and terms <br />and conditions, they have been prepared as emergency ordinances and we ask that they be voted <br />on this evening. <br />Council President Schutt stated, thank you Mrs. Wolgamuth. <br />First Reading of Ordinance No 2020-09, entitled, "An emergency ordinance ratifying <br />the collective bargaining agreement between the Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge #57 and <br />Mayfield Village, Ohio." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar. (Administration) <br />Mr. Williams, seconded by Mr. Meyers, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Council President Schutt asked, discussion? <br />There was none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Rules Suspended <br />01 <br />
