Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, July 20, 2020 <br />Page 10 <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2020-18, entitled, "An ordinance enacting Mayfield <br />Village Codified Ordinance Chapter 159 Moral Claims." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar. <br />(Administration) (First Reading —June 15, 2-020) <br />Council President Schutt asked, discussion? <br />Mrs. Jurcisek stated, I do have one question. Mr. Coyne, you had mentioned in your comments <br />that there was a $25,000 cap? Is that per resident or per incident? <br />Mr. Coyne replied, per incident, yes. <br />Mrs. Jurcisek stated, okay so if a resident had more than one issue, it would be handled <br />individually. <br />Mr. Coyne stated, theoretically that could happen I suppose. It would be rare, but yes it could <br />happen. <br />Mrs. Jurcisek stated, okay. Great. Thank you. <br />Council President Schutt asked, any other questions at this time? <br />There were none. <br />Council President Schutt stated, Ordinance No. 2020-18 will move to Third Read. <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2020-19, entitled, "An ordinance amending Mayfield <br />Village Codified Ordinance Section 1105.02 relating to granting variances." Introduced by <br />Mayor Bodnar. (Administration) (First Reading — June 15, 2020) <br />Council President Schutt asked, discussion? <br />There was none. <br />Council President Schutt stated, Ordinance No. 2020-17 will move to Third Read. <br />Motion to approve recommendation from Planning & Zoning Commission denying <br />the Conditional Use Permit for Barkour (Indoor Dog Park) at 740 Beta Drive for <br />applicant Brad Roskoph, CEO. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to approve recommendation from PIanning <br />& Zoning Commission denying the Conditional Use Permit for Barkour (Indoor Dog Park) at 740 <br />Beta Drive for applicant Brad Roskoph, CEO. <br />Council President Schutt asked, discussion? Any questions? <br />
