Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, September 21, 2020 <br />Page 2 <br />ONSIDERATION OF MINUTE <br />Regular Council Meeting — August 17, 2020 <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to approve the minutes of the Regular <br />Council Meeting of August 17, 2020 as written. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Minutes of August 17, 2020 <br />Meeting Approved as Written <br />Special Council Meeting — August 31, 2020 <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to approve the minutes of the Special <br />Council Meeting of August 31, 2020 as written. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: <br />NAYS: <br />Comments from Mayor Bodnar <br />All Motion Carried <br />None Minutes of August 31, 2020 <br />Meeting Approved as Written <br />Thank you Council President. I have no comments this evening. <br />Comments from Council President Schutt <br />The October Caucus is scheduled for Monday, October 5th. The next regularly -scheduled meeting <br />of Council is Monday, October 19th. Both meetings will be held virtually. <br />Shred Day will go forward on Halloween, Saturday, October 31St from 9:00-12:00 at the Civic <br />Center parking lot. For more information, check the website or if you have any questions, contact <br />the Civic Center offices. <br />Open Portion — For Public Comment (5 -minute limit imposed by Chair) <br />Council President Schutt asked, Mrs. Betsa, did you receive any public comments to be read into the <br />record? <br />Mrs. Betsa replied, yes, I received an e-mail from Donna Heath asking that I read the following into <br />the record: <br />Mayor Bodnar and Council: Thank you for honoring me with a Resolution of Appreciation <br />at the last Council meeting. I sincerely appreciate the resolution. I have enjoyed my tenure <br />with Mayfield Village and I hope everyone stays safe and well. Donna <br />
