Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, October 19, 2020 <br />Page 3 <br />beauty to Mayfield Village while positively impacting the bluebird population in Northeast Ohio; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, this effort has earned Alexis the Gold Award, allowing her to join the small <br />percentage of young women who have achieved this honor, illustrating that it takes a uniquely <br />motivated individual to strive to embody the principles of the Girl Scouts in daily life. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT PROCLAIMED that I, Mayor Brenda T. Bodnar, on behalf of <br />Council and all of the residents of Mayfield Village, recognize and thank you Alexis Ochi for your <br />lifelong commitment and dedication to the Girl Scouts and for your efforts to help bluebirds in <br />northeast Ohio and restore the country's bluebird population. Alexis, you clearly exhibit a strong <br />commitment to the scouting principals of honesty, fairness, and service to the community and you <br />are most deserving of the Gold Award. <br />Thank you and congratulations! <br />Miss Ochi stated, thank you. <br />Mayor Bodnar stated, thank you Council President. That's all I have this evening. <br />Comments from Council President Schutt <br />Council President Schutt stated, thank you Mayor Bodnar. And Alexis, thank you for all your hard <br />work and dedication. It's much appreciated. Job well done! <br />November Caucus is scheduled for Monday, November 2"a. The next regularly scheduled meeting <br />of Council is Monday, November 16th.
