Minutes of the Special Meeting of Council Monday, November 2, 2020 Page 2 Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2020-51. Council President Schutt asked, discussion? Mr. Wynne stated, I just wanted to mention regarding this. I was not present at the Council meeting last month and Council approved legislation amending the appropriations budget for the additional CARES Act money we received this year. We also needed to pass legislation approving the revenue side of that to match up the expenditure side, so that is what this piece of legislation is, to amend our budget to reflect the additional receipts. We've already amended the budget to reflect the additional expenditures. Council President Schutt stated, thank you Mr. Wynne. Any questions? There were none. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Resolution Adopted Motion to enter into Executive Session pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 121.22(G)(2) to consider the potential sale or purchase of real estate. Mr. Williams, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to enter into Executive Session pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 121.22(G)(2) to consider the potential sale or purchase of real estate. Council President Schutt asked, discussion? There was none. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Council President Schutt stated, Council is adjourning for Executive Session at 7:51 p.m. The live feed will be disabled until Council reconvenes. When Council is ready to return, a new link will be posted on the Village's website for the public to view the remainder of the meeting. A motion to reconvene from Executive Session will be made and we will vote to adjourn. There will be no voting on any other matters. Council would like to invite Mayor Bodnar, Ms. Wolgamuth, Mr. Coyne, Mr. Wynne, Mr. Marquart, Mr. Thomas and Mrs. Betsa in Executive Session. Council went into Executive Session at 7:51 p.m.
