Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, November 16, 2020 <br />Page 17 <br />Motion to reconvene into Regular Session of Council <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to reconvene into Regular Session of <br />Council. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None <br />Council reconvened into Regular Session at 8:19 p.m. <br />Council President Schutt stated, during Executive Session, Council and the Mayor and <br />Department Heads discussed the possible acquisition of a property within Mayfield Village. <br />• Resolution No. 2020-53, entitled, "An emergency resolution authorizing the Mayor and <br />President of Council to enter into a Purchase Agreement to purchase the property located <br />at 6516 White Road in Mayfield Village, Ohio for Two Hundred Fifty -Five Thousand <br />Dollars ($255,000)." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Administration) <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2020-53. <br />Council President Schutt asked, discussion? <br />There was none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />ANY OTHER MATTERS <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Council President Schutt asked, are there any other matters? <br />There were no further matters. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Williams, made a motion to adjourn. <br />
