Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, December 21, 2020 <br />Page 16 <br />Council President Schutt asked, discussion? <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2020-41. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />• Resolution No. 2020-54, entitled, "A resolution requesting the Cuyahoga County <br />Treasurer to advance from the proceeds of tax levies for the collection year 2021." <br />Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Finance Department) <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2020-54. <br />Council President Schutt asked, discussion? <br />There was none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />• Resolution No. 2020-55, entitled, "An emergency resolution authorizing Mayfield Village <br />to expend an estimated $40,000 to the City of Lyndhurst for the Lyndhurst Municipal Court <br />projected operating deficit from July 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020." Introduced by Mayor <br />Bodnar (Finance Department) <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2020-55. <br />Council President Schutt asked, discussion? <br />Mr. Wynne stated, I just wanted to mention that I have not received any updated financial <br />information since Caucus. At that time, the results we had was through the end of October and <br />our share of the deficit was about $26,000. I am still comfortable allocating $40,000 to cover the <br />last couple months of the year. <br />Council President Schutt stated, thank you Mr. Wynne. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Resolution Adopted <br />
