ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried NAYS: None Resolution Adopted • Resolution No. 2020-60, entitled, "A emergency resolution authorizing Mayfield Village to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Cuyahoga Soil and Water Conservation District and Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District for providing technical assistance in implementing soil and water conservation measures from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2025 and authorizing Mayfield Village to expend funds in an amount not to exceed $6,000 annually to the Cuyahoga Soil and Water Conservation District.
