Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, December 20, 2021 <br />Page 13 <br />Mr. Murphy, seconded by Mrs. Jurcisek, made a motion to enact Resolution No. 2021-45. <br />Council President Schutt asked, discussion? <br />There was none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Council President Schutt stated, Congratulations, Mrs. Betsa. <br />• First Reading of Resolution No. 2021-47, entitled, "An emergency resolution authorizing <br />Mayfield Village to enter into the Electric Vehicle Charging Station Program Partner <br />Agreement with NOACA." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Administration). <br />Mr. Murphy, seconded by Mrs. Jurcisek, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring a Resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Murphy, seconded by Mrs. Jurcisek, made a motion to enact Resolution No. 2021-47. <br />Council President Schutt asked, discussion? <br />There was none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />• First Reading of Resolution No. 2021-48, entitled, "An emergency resolution authorizing <br />Mayfield Village to expend an amount not to exceed $30,000 under the Council of <br />Government Agreement for the Community Partnership on Aging." Introduced by Mayor <br />Bodnar (Administration). <br />Mr. Murphy, seconded by Mr. Meyers, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring a Resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Rules Suspended <br />
