Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Administration) <br />Mr. Murphy, seconded by Mr. Meyers, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring a Resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Murphy, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to enact Resolution No. 2021-42. <br />Council President Schutt asked, discussion? <br />There was none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Resolution Adopted <br />• First Reading of Resolution No. 2021-43, entitled, "A resolution requesting the Cuyahoga <br />County Fiscal Officer to advance from the proceeds of tax levies for the collection year <br />2022." We had <br />two speakers, Mr. Daniel Russell from the Building Department and we had Mr. Shane McAvinew <br />from Parks and Recreation who provided a very thorough and detailed recap of the past season <br />
