11 RESOLUTION NO. 2021-15 PAGE 2 Section 2: That a duly executed and inscribed copy of this Resolution shall be made a part of the official record of the Council of Mayfield Village in order that due notice of its adoption shall be given to the residents of this community, Governor Mike DeWine, Representative Phil Robinson and Senator Matt Dolan. Section 3: It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and relating to the adoption of this Resolution were adopted in an open meeting of the Council, and that all deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal requirements, including § 121.22 of the Revised Code of the State of Ohio. Section 4: This Resolution is hereby declared an emergency measure becoming effective immediately upon passage by Council and approval by Mayor Brenda T. Bodnar, because time is of the essence to convey Mayfield Village's support to the Ohio Governor and Ohio General Assembly and to have this Resolution take effect immediately after the date of its passage by the affirmative vote of not less than five (5) members elected to Council and approved by the Mayor or otherwise at the earliest time allowed by law.
