11 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2021-15 <br />PAGE 2 <br />Section 2: That a duly executed and inscribed copy of this Resolution shall be made a part of the <br />official record of the Council of Mayfield Village in order that due notice of its adoption shall be given <br />to the residents of this community, Governor Mike DeWine, Representative Phil Robinson and Senator <br />Matt Dolan. <br />Section 3: It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and relating to <br />the adoption of this Resolution were adopted in an open meeting of the Council, and that all <br />deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action, were in <br />meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal requirements, including § 121.22 of the Revised <br />Code of the State of Ohio. <br />Section 4: This Resolution is hereby declared an emergency measure becoming effective immediately <br />upon passage by Council and approval by Mayor Brenda T. Bodnar, because time is of the essence to <br />convey Mayfield Village's support to the Ohio Governor and Ohio General Assembly and to have this <br />Resolution take effect immediately after the date of its passage by the affirmative vote of not less than <br />five (5) members elected to Council and approved by the Mayor or otherwise at the earliest time allowed <br />by law. <br />STEPHEN SCHUTT, Council President <br />First Reading: <br />Second Reading: <br />Third Reading: <br />PASSED: <br />April 19 ,2021 <br />2021 <br />2021 <br />April 19 <br />. 2021 <br />BRENDA T.
