The Federal Assistance Listing <br />(formerly Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance - CFDA) number and name are 10.664 <br />Cooperative Forestry Assistance Program. The Recipient accepts this award for the purpose <br />described in the application narrative. Your application for Federal financial assistance, <br />dated June 26, 2020, and the attached Forest Service provisions, 'Forest Service Award <br />Provisions,' are incorporated into this letter and made a part of this award. <br />A match waiver has been granted for this project. Your organization has agreed to meet a cost <br />share of $64,209.44, as reflected in your application, financial plan and narrative. <br />Any project completed in the field that will be visible to the general public will require signage <br />that gives project information and credit to the Great Lakes Restoration Initiative and the Forest <br />Service. <br />The Master Agreement number as the funding source for 21 -DG -11094200-024 is <br />20 -IA -11090100-010 which expires 09/30/2025. This award, 21 -DG -11094200-024 for Planting <br />Trees to Reduce Runoff - Central Lake Erie may not be extended beyond May 30, 2025. <br />This is an award of Federal financial assistance. Prime and sub -recipients to this award are <br />subject to the OMB guidance in subparts A through F of 2 CFR Part 200 as adopted and <br />supplemented by the USDA in 2 CFR Part 400. Adoption by USDA of the OMB guidance in 2 <br />CFR 400 gives regulatory effect to the OMB guidance in 2 CFR 200 where full text may be <br />found. <br />Electronic copies of the CFRs can be obtained at the following internet site: www.ecfr.gov.
