May 25, 2021 <br />c. EVIDENCE OF COVERAGE. Within 30 days of the date of signing this contract, <br />Mayfield Village shall provide CRWP with a certificate of insurance evidencing <br />each type of coverage required or provided under this section, which shall be <br />primary coverage and shall name CRWP as an additional insured and shall <br />provide CRWP notice of cancellation or non -renewal of any such coverage at <br />least thirty (30) days before cancellation or non -renewal. <br />5. CRWP or Mayfield Village may terminate this contract, in whole or in part, without liability, <br />if either party determines that continued operation of this contract will result in the violation <br />of a Federal statute or regulation, or that termination would be in the public interest. <br />6. This contract shall be carried out in accordance with all applicable Local, State, and Federal <br />statutes and regulations. <br />7. CRWP and Mayfield Village agree to follow the terms of the grant agreement between the <br />CRWP and the USDA, Forest Service Eastern Area, State & Private Forestry (Exhibit A). <br />8. In accordance with Federal law and U.S. Department of Agriculture policy, this institution is <br />prohibited from discriminating on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age or <br />disability.
