Minutes of the Inauguration of Elected Officials
And Special/Organizational Meeting of Council
Monday, January 3, 2022
Page 3
Ronald C. Wynne, Finance Director
Mayor Bodnar administered the oath of office to Ronald C. Wynne, Finance Director for
Mayfield Village.
Mayor Bodnar stated, Congratulations Ron. Thank you for all your service. I can truly
say that there is no better person to take care of the finances, especially during these
uncertain times. I am very glad you signed on.
Diane A. Calta, Law Director
Mayor Bodnar stated, Diane, they say what goes around comes around. I am not sure if
they had this in mind but you were with us just a couple short years ago and we are very
glad to have you on board again now as our Law Director.
Mayor Bodnar administered the oath of office to Diane Calta, Law Director for Mayfield
Village.
Mayor Bodnar stated, Congratulations and welcome back.
Irw Anthony J. Coyne, Assistant Law Director
Mayor Bodnar stated, Mr. Coyne, I thank you for your immeasurable and dedicated service
to Mayfield Village. We are glad that you are here to continue on with us.
Mayor Bodnar administered the oath of office to Anthony J. Coyne, Assistant Law Director
for Mayfield Village.
Mayor Bodnar stated, Congratulations, Mr. Coyne.
COMMITTEES
Mayor Bodnar stated, and now I would like a motion to approve our Committee members
and administer the oath of office to them. Sometimes when we look at our wealth of this
community, we tend to look at what's in our bank account but beyond that, our wealth lies
in our citizens, particularly to those of you who have made the choice and the commitment
to sacrifice your own personal time to serve us here in Mayfield Village and to give us your
time, your guidance and your leadership. You are the richness and the light and the tapestry
that tells our story and we are very thankful for your service. So, at this point, I would like
to ask for a motion for Council to approve the Committee selections.
14
