Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Tuesday, January 18, 2022 <br />Page 19 <br />• First Reading of Resolution No. 2022-05, entitled, "An emergency resolution authorizing <br />Mayfield Village to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Cuyahoga Soil <br />and Water Conservation District for providing technical assistance in implementing soil <br />and water conservation measures and authorizing Mayfield Village to expend funds in an <br />amount not to exceed $13,000 to the Cuyahoga Soil and Water Conservation District." <br />Introduced by Mayor Bodnar <br />Mr. Murphy, seconded by Mrs. Jurcisek, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring a Resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Murphy, seconded by Mrs. Jurcisek, made a motion to enact Resolution No. 2022-05. <br />Council President Schutt asked, discussion? <br />There was none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />• First Reading of Resolution No. 2022-06, entitled, "An emergency resolution authorizing <br />Mayfield Village to enter into a Capital Improvement Community Park, <br />Recreation/Conservation Project Pass Through Grant Agreement with the Ohio <br />Department of Natural Resources."
