Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, September 19, 2022 <br />Page 12 <br />Council President Schutt asked, discussion? <br />There was none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />• First Reading of Resolution No. 2022-34, entitled, "An Emergency Resolution <br />authorizing the Mayor and President of Council to enter into a Service Agreement with <br />Motorola Solutions for support and maintenance of dispatch equipment in the Mayfield <br />Village Police Department and to authorize an expenditure in the amount of $33,954.83." <br />Introduced by Mayor Bodnar. <br />Mrs. Jurcisek, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to suspend Resolution No. 2022- <br />34. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Suspended <br />Mrs. Jurcisek, seconded by Mr. Meyers, made a motion to enact Resolution No. 2022-34. <br />Council President Schutt asked, discussion? <br />There was none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />• First Reading of Resolution No. 2022-35, entitled, "An Emergency Resolution <br />authorizing the Mayor and President of Council to enter into an Agreement with All <br />Covered, a division of Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. for managed IT <br />service and support and authorizing an expenditure in an amount not to exceed $17,000." <br />Introduced by Mayor Bodnar. <br />Mrs. Jurcisek, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to suspend Resolution No. 2022- <br />35. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Suspended <br />Mr. Jurcisek, seconded by Mr. Meyers, made a motion to enact Resolution No. 2022-35. <br />Council President Schutt asked, any discussion? <br />
