Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, October 17, 2022 <br />Page 20 <br />First Readiniz of Resolution 2022-42, entitled, "An emergency resolution authorizing <br />and directing the Mayor and President of Council to enter into a first amendment to the <br />janitorial services agreement with Camco Cleaning Services, LLC for janitorial services <br />for the Mayfield Village Civic Center and Community Room." Introduced by Mayor <br />Bodnar. <br />Mr. Murphy, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to suspend Resolution No. 2022- <br />42. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Suspended <br />Mr. Murphy, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to enact Resolution No. 2022-42. <br />Council President Schutt asked, discussion? <br />There was none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />• First Reading of Resolution 2022-43, entitled, "An emergency resolution authorizing <br />the Director of Finance to establish a Village local OneOhio Opioid Settlement Fund in <br />order to receive, account for, and spend OneOhio Opioid litigation settlement funds." <br />Introduced by Mayor Bodnar. <br />Mr. Murphy, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to suspend Resolution No. 2022- <br />43. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Suspended <br />Mr. Murphy, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to enact Resolution No. 2022-43. <br />Council President Schutt asked, discussion? <br />Mr. Murphy asked, Ron, I am guessing they didn't like you comingling the ARPA Funds so <br />they want you to open a new account? <br />Mr. Wynne replied, any money that's coming out of the ARPA funds they want separate <br />funds opened up for each program. This is under the direction of the Auditor of State's <br />office. <br />
