Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />November 21, 2022 <br />Page 8 <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />• First ReadinE of Resolution 2022-46, entitled, "An emergency resolution authorizing <br />the Mayor and President of Council to enter into an Agreement between Cuyahoga <br />County and Mayfield Village for the resurfacing of Ridgebury Boulevard from the East <br />Corporation Limit to Lander Road (Northside)." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar. <br />(Administration) <br />Mr. Murphy, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to suspend Resolution No. <br />2022-46. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Suspended <br />Mr. Murphy, seconded by Mr. Meyers, made a motion to enact Resolution No. 2022-46. <br />Council President Schutt asked, any discussion? <br />There was none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Council President Schutt stated, Resolution 2022-46 passes. <br />• First Reading of Resolution 2022-47, entitled, "An emergency resolution amending <br />Resolution 2022-10 and authorizing the Mayor and President of Council to enter into a <br />contract with Greve Chrysler Jeep Dodge for the purchase of one (1) 2022 police vehicle <br />and three (3) 2023 police vehicles in the amount of $225,413.00 through the State of <br />Ohio's Department of Administrative Services (DAS) Cooperative Purchasing Program." <br />Introduced by Mayor Bodnar.
