Brief Description of Project: <br />Renovation and expansion of the Civic Center main restrooms to make them ADA <br />compliant to serve a large meeting space that is used for recreational and educational <br />purposes, as well as an auditorium -style theater space that is used for cultural and <br />recreational programming. The building is regularly used by a variety of State, local <br />and regional groups and agencies for meetings and training purposes. The renovation <br />requires expansion of the current restrooms into the adjacent kitchen area, which will <br />be improved to be ADA compliant as well. <br />
