MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO <br />Monday, February 20, 2023— 7:00 p.m. <br />Mayfield Village Civic Hall -Mayfield Village Civic Center <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in Regular Session on Monday, February 20, 2023 at <br />Mayfield Village Civic Hall at the Mayfield Village Civic Center. Council President Schutt called <br />the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />Council President Schutt asked, Mrs. Betsa, may I have a Roll Call, please? <br />ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Marquardt, Mrs. Jurcisek, Mr. Meyers, <br />Mr. Murphy, Mr. Schutt and Mr. Williams <br />Also Present: Mayor Bodnar, Mr. Wynne, Ms. Calta, Mr. Cappello, <br />Chief Carcioppolo, Chief Matias, Mr. Marquart, <br />Ms. Echt, Mr. Russell, Mr. Sipos, <br />Ms. Wolgamuth and Mrs. Betsa <br />Absent: Mr. Arndt <br />Council President Schutt stated, please let the record reflect that Councilman Arndt is excused <br />from this evening's meeting. <br />Administration of oath of office to part-time patrol officer Aaron Xieveir Wilson <br />Johnson by Mayor Bodnar <br />Mayor Bodnar stated, this evening I have the pleasure and honor of swearing in Officer Aaron <br />Xieveir Wilson Johnson. Officer Wilson Johnson is a 2019 graduate of Mayfield High School. <br />He also attended Lakeland Community College Police Academy, graduating in August of last year <br />with a 90% on his State test. Officer Johnson, we welcome you and are privileged to have you <br />with us. You have support in the ranks. We have a very wonderful Police Department. I know <br />the support you see here tonight is just a fraction of the great support you will find along the way. <br />Mayor Bodnar asked Officer Johnson to come forward as she administered the oath of office to <br />him. <br />Budget 2023 — Presentation by Ron Wynne <br />Mr. Wynne stated, thank you Council President. I am going to go through three slides on the <br />screens to highlight some of the main funds and explain to you the process of what's included in <br />
