Mr. Wynne replied, I just have one thing. I received an e-mail this morning from the State Auditor's office. They finally released the 2022 audit report. I gave a copy of that to Jeff Thomas this morning. He has posted it on our website if you would like to take a look at it. 2022 is finally done. Council President Schutt stated, thank you Mr. Wynne. OLD BUSINESS • Third Reading of Ordinance 2023-19, entitled, "An ordinance authorizing all actions necessary to establish an opt -in natural gas program pursuant to Section 4929.27(A)(1), Ohio Revised Code, jointly through NOPEC as a NOPEC member." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Administration) (First Reading — December 18, 2023; Second Reading — January 22, 2024). Council President Schutt stated, Public hearings were held at 1:30 and 6:30 p.m. today on this legislation. This legislation has gone through three readings and if passed tonight will take effect in 30 days. Mrs. Jurcisek, seconded by Mr. Meyers, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2023-19. Council President Schutt asked, any discussion? There was none. ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carries NAYS: None Ordinance Enacted Council President Schutt stated, Ordinance No. 2023-19 is enacted. Second Reading of Ordinance 2024-01, entitled, "An emergency ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor and President of Council to enter into a delinquent debt collection agreement with the Ohio Attorney General for the collection of unpaid and delinquent receivable debts owed to the Village."
