ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carries NAYS: None Resolution Adopted Council President Schutt stated, Resolution 2024-17 passes. • First Reading of Resolution No. 2024-18, entitled, "An emergency resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor and President of Council to enter into contract with Stryker to provide annual service to all Mayfield Village owned Automated Defibrillators, LifePaks, and Lucas CPR Machines in the total amount of $47,331.38 for a three-year term." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Fire Department). (Requires suspension of the rules tonight and upon passage this legislation will take effect immediately upon signature of the Mayor.) Mr. Murphy, seconded by Mrs. Jurcisek, made a motion to suspend Resolution No. 2024-18.
