■ How each emergency service provider will respond to a misdirected call or the <br />provision of a caller location that is either misrepresentative of the actual location <br />or does not meet requirements of the federal communications commission or other <br />accepted national standards as they exist on the date of the call origination <br />All applicable requirements can be found throughout this document. <br />Any amendment to the final plan shall require a two-thirds vote of the committee. <br />Amendments are required for any of the following purposes: <br />■ Expanding the territory included in the countywide 9-1-1 system; <br />■ Upgrading any part or all of the countywide 9-1-1 system <br />■ Adjusting the territory served by a public safety answering point; <br />■ Permitting a regional council of governments to operate a public safety answering <br />point; <br />■ Re -prescribing the funding of public safety answering points as between the <br />alternatives set forth in division (A)(7) of section 128.07 of the Revised Code; <br />■ Providing for wireless enhanced 9-1-1; <br />■ Adding, changing, or removing a 9-1-1 system service provider as a participant in <br />the countywide 9-1-1 system; <br />■ Providing that the state highway patrol or one or more public safety answering <br />points of another 9-1-1 system function as a public safety answering point or points <br />for the provision of wireline or wireless 9-1-1 for all or part of the territory of the <br />system established under the final plan, as contemplated under division (1) of <br />section 128.03 of the Revised Code; <br />■ (9) Making any other necessary adjustments to the plan. <br />Changes to the plan are documented in the following manner: <br />The new Plan version number following the annual review and update cycle, or <br />following any interim update that was necessary. The number given at that time is <br />a full number, that is, 1.0, 2.0 etc. <br />• Any changes made to the Plan on an interim cycle are given a fractional number, <br />that is, 1.1 or 1.2, etc. <br />Upon approval by the 9-1-1 Program Review Committee, the plan shall serve as the <br />reference on the configuration of Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) territories in <br />Cuyahoga County. <br />In addition, it is a requirement of this Plan that agencies considering consolidation or <br />adjusting the territory served by a PSAP must inform the 9-1-1 Coordinator of such efforts. <br />11 <br />
