J <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2024-35 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Bodnar <br />AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION <br />AUTHORIZING MAYFIELD VILLAGE TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT <br />WITH INTEGRITY CLEANING GROUP LLC FOR JANITORIAL SERVICES <br />FOR THE MAYFIELD VILLAGE CIVIC CENTER AND COMMUNITY ROOM <br />WHEREAS, based upon recommendation, it has been deemed in the best interest of the <br />health, safety and welfare of all Village residents and inhabitants to engage a professional company <br />in order to provide cleaning services for the Mayfield Village Civic Center and Community Room, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Janitorial Services Agreements with the cleaning company previously <br />serving the Civic Center and Community Room will terminate on June 30, 2024; and <br />WHEREAS, six local cleaning companies were contacted and invited to submit proposals <br />for cleaning both the Civic Center and the Community Room, all of whom responded with <br />proposals; and <br />WHEREAS, the Service Department and the Mayfield Village Administration have <br />reviewed the proposals and recommend that Council approve and accept the proposal of Integrity <br />Cleaning Group LLC in the amount of $1,727.92 per month ($20,735.04 annually) to clean the <br />Civic Center and $1,889.11 per month ($22,669.32 annually) to clean the Community Room. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. The Council of Mayfield Village hereby accepts and approves the proposal <br />of Integrity Cleaning Group LLC in the amount of $1,717.92 per month to clean the Civic Center <br />and $1,889.11 per month to clean the Community Room. <br />SECTION 2. The Council of Mayfield Village does hereby direct the Mayor and President <br />of Council to enter into separate agreements with Integrity Cleaning Group LLC for janitorial <br />services for the Mayfield Village Civic Center and Community Room, attached hereto as Exhibits <br />A and B. <br />SECTION 3. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council <br />relating to the adoption of this Resolution have been taken at open meeting of this Council; and <br />that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place <br />in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including <br />requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />
