If the installation of best management practices is funded under this
Agreement, within ninety (90) days after the effective date of this Agreement
Grantee shall provide the Grant Coordinator with documentation of the
anticipated useful life period, in terms of years, of the best management
practices and assurances that best management practices will be properly
operated and maintained throughout the anticipated useful life period in
accordance with the design standards and specifications.
