RESOLUTION NO.2024-57 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Bodnar <br />A RESOLUTION REQUESTING <br />THE CUYAHOGA COUNTY FISCAL OFFICER <br />TO ADJUST THE AMENDED OFFICIAL CERTIFICATE <br />OF ESTIMATED RESOURCES FOR 2024 <br />WHEREAS, the Amended Official Certificate of Estimated Resources for <br />2024 for Mayfield Village is to be adjusted under "Other Sources" to reflect the <br />2024 budget; and <br />WHEREAS, the Council has found and determined that the adjustments <br />should be made and forwarded to the Cuyahoga County Fiscal Officer. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF <br />MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. The Finance Director for Mayfield Village be and is hereby <br />requested, authorized and directed to immediately forward to the Cuyahoga <br />County Fiscal Officer the adjustments to the Amended Official Certificate of <br />Estimated Resources for 2024 for Mayfield Village with "Other Sources" to be <br />adjusted to reflect the amounts as listed in Exhibit "A", a copy of which is attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein. <br />SECTION 2. The Clerk be and is hereby authorized and directed <br />immediately to forward a copy of this Resolution to the Cuyahoga County Fiscal <br />Officer. <br />SECTION 3. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of <br />this Council relating to the adoption of this Resolution have been taken at open <br />meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its <br />committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the <br />public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements <br />of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />4877-9905-5013, v. 2 <br />
