MINUTES OF THE <br />SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />MAYFIELD VILLAGE CIVIC CENTER - CIVIC HALL <br />Immediately Following Caucus at 7:00 p.m. <br />Monday, February 3, 2025 <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in Special Session immediately following Caucus on <br />Monday, February 3, 2025 in Civic Hall at the Mayfield Village Civic Center. Council President <br />Schutt called the meeting to order at 7:21 p.m. <br />ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Gall, Mrs. Jurcisek, Mr. Marquardt, <br />Mr. Murphy and Mr. Schutt <br />Also Present: Mayor Bodnar, Ms. Calta, Ms. Rich <br />Mr. Cappello, Chief Carcioppolo, <br />Mr. Russell, Mr. Stupczy, Mr. Marquart, <br />Ms. Wolgamuth and Mrs. Betsa <br />Absent: Mr. Arndt, Mr. Meyers, Mr. McAvinew, Chief Matias <br />Council President Schutt asked, please let the record reflect that Councilman Al Meyers and <br />Councilman Mark Arndt as well as Chief Matias and Mr. McAvinew are all excused from this <br />evening's meeting. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />• Motion to authorize expenditure in an amount not to exceed $30,000 to remove the <br />contents located at 1006 Woodlane Drive <br />Mrs. Jurcisek, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to authorize expenditure in an amount <br />not to exceed $30,000 to remove the contents located at 1006 Woodlane Drive. <br />Council President Schutt asked, discussion? <br />Mr. Murphy asked, we will still be reimbursed though? <br />
