Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, May 20, 2024 <br />Page 12 <br />Council President Schutt stated, Ordinance 2024-09 is tabled until our next Council meeting on <br />June 17, 2024. <br />Motion to propose a temporary moratorium for 30 days or until the next meeting that <br />no one can come in here within the next 30 days even though we don't have an <br />ordinance drafted, no one can still come in here within the next 30 days until we get <br />something drafted. <br />Mr. Murphy, seconded by Mr. Meyers, made a motion to propose a temporary moratorium for 30 <br />days or until the next meeting that no one can come in here within the next 30 days even though <br />we don't have an ordinance drafted, no one can still come in here within the next 30 days until we <br />get something drafted. <br />Ms. Calta asked, discussion? <br />Mr. Williams stated, I would say 60 days. <br />Mr. Murphy stated, we could do another moratorium in 30 days. We are doing 30 days because <br />we don't have anything drafted right now. <br />Ms. Calta replied, we don't have an ordinance together specific to this. <br />Mr. Murphy stated, I would do the moratorium until the end of the year if I could. <br />Ms. Calta stated if we do the 30 days, we can do the formal moratorium at that point. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carries <br />NAYS: None <br />• Second Reading of Resolution No. 2024-14, entitled, "An emergency resolution <br />authorizing Mayfield Village to enter into a First Amendment to the Development <br />Agreement with 345 Miner Road LLC." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Administration) <br />(First Reading — April 15, 2024) (Upon Third Reading and passage, this legislation will <br />take effect immediately upon signature of the Mayor.) <br />Council President Schutt asked, discussion? <br />There was none. <br />Council President Schutt stated, Resolution No. 2024-14 will move to Third Read at the Regular <br />Meeting of Council in June. <br />
