SECTION 3. The complete text of the sections listed above are set forth in full in the
current replacement pages to the Codified Ordinances which are hereby attached to this Ordinance
as Exhibit A. Notice of adoption of each new section by reference to its title shall constitute
sufficient publication of new matter contained therein.
SECTION 4. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council
relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and
that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place
in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the
requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
SECTION 5. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary
for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety of the Municipality and its inhabitants
for the reason that there exists an imperative necessity for the earliest publication and distribution
of current Replacement Pages to the officials and residents of the Municipality, so as to facilitate
administration, daily operation and avoid practical and legal entanglements. It shall, therefore, take
effect immediately upon passage by the affirmative vote of not less than five (5) members elected
to Council and approval by the Mayor or otherwise at the earliest time allowed by law.
STEPHEN SCHUTT
Council President
First Reading: April 21 , 2025
Second Reading: April 28 12025
Third Reading: Suspended , 2025
PASSED: April 28 12025
BRENDA T.
