Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, April 28, 2025 <br />Page 2 <br />There was none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carries <br />NAYS: None Ordinance Enacted <br />Second Reading of Resolution No. 2025-18, entitled, "An Emergency Resolution <br />authorizing entering into a contract with the Ohio Department of Transportation for its <br />2025-2026 Salt Participation Program." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Administration). <br />(First Reading — April 21, 2025) (Requires suspension of the rules tonight and upon <br />passage this legislation will take effect immediately upon signature of the Mayor.) <br />Mr. Murphy, seconded by Mr. Arndt, made a motion to suspend Resolution No. 2025-18. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carries <br />NAYS: None Resolution Suspended <br />Mr. Murphy, seconded by Mr. Arndt, made a motion to pass Resolution No. 2025-18. <br />Council President Schutt asked, any discussion? <br />There was none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carries <br />Resolution Passes <br />Second Reading of Resolution No. 2025-19, entitled, "An Emergency Resolution <br />authorizing and directing the Mayor and President of Council to enter into contract with <br />Stryker ProCare Services for a three-year term to provide maintenance to the ambulance <br />power load system and power cots in the amount of $30,661.20 (paid annually at a rate <br />of $10,220.40)." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Administration). (First Reading — April <br />21, 2025) (Requires suspension of the rules tonight and upon passage this legislation <br />will take effect immediately upon signature of the Mayor.) <br />Mr. Murphy, seconded by Mr. Arndt, made a motion to suspend Resolution No. 2025-19. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carries <br />NAYS: None Resolution Suspended <br />Mr. Murphy, seconded by Mr. Arndt, made a motion to pass Resolution No. 2025-19. <br />Council President Schutt asked, any discussion? <br />
