Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, June 16, 2025 <br />Page 11 <br />There was none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Council President Schutt stated, Resolution 2025-31 passes. <br />Motion Carries <br />Resolution Passes <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 2025-32, entitled, "An emergency resolution adopting <br />the Alternative Tax Budget information for Mayfield Village, Ohio for the fiscal year <br />2026." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Finance Department). (Requires suspension of the <br />rules tonight and upon passage this legislation will take effect immediately upon <br />signature of the Mayor.) <br />Mr. Murphy, seconded by Mr. Meyers, made a motion to suspend Resolution No. 2025-32. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carries <br />NAYS: None Resolution Suspended <br />Mr. Murphy, seconded by Mr. Meyers, made a motion to pass Resolution No. 2025-32. <br />Council President Schutt asked, any discussion? <br />There was none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carries <br />NAYS: None Resolution Passes <br />Council President Schutt stated, Resolution 2025-32 passes. <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 2025-33, entitled, "An emergency resolution <br />authorizing Mayfield Village to accept the proposal of Millstone Management Group <br />and enter into a contract with Millstone Management Group for Fire Department <br />replacement of the kitchen cabinets and countertops in the amount of $29,480.00 plus a <br />ten percent contingency for a total amount not to exceed $32,428.00." Introduced by <br />Mayor Bodnar (Fire Department). (Requires suspension of the rules tonight and upon <br />passage this legislation will take effect immediately upon signature of the Mayor.) <br />Mr. Murphy, seconded by Mr. Meyers, made a motion to suspend Resolution No. 2025-33. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carries <br />NAYS: None Resolution Suspended <br />Mr. Murphy, seconded by Mr. Arndt, made a motion to pass Resolution No. 2025-33. <br />
