Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Administration). (Ordinance 2025-13 will
be referred to Planning and Zoning. This dovetails with the moratorium that we recently
extended. This piece of legislation will need to be referred to the Planning and Zoning
Commission for their review and recommendation. Their next meeting is July 17`h, I believe. So
if Council is so inclined, there would be a motion to refer this to the Planning Commission for
their review and recommendation. It will then come back to Council for further discussion and
review by Council.
Council President Schutt asked, any discussion?
There was none.
Motion to refer Ordinance No. 2025-13 to Planning and Zoning for review and
recommendation.
Mr. Marquardt, seconded by Mr. Meyers, made a motion to refer Ordinance No. 2025-13 to
Planning and Zoning for review and recommendation.
ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carries
NAYS: None Ordinance 2025-13 referred to
Planning and Zoning
