ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Financial Reports for June 2025 Acknowledged and Approved • Motion to enter into Executive Session pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 121.22(G)(3) to confer with legal counsel for the public body concerning disputes involving the public body that are the subject of pending or imminent court action and Ohio Revised Code Section 121.22(G)(2) to consider the potential sale of real property. Mrs. Jurcisek, seconded by Mr. Meyers, made a motion to enter into Executive Session pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 121.22(G)(3) to confer with legal counsel for the public body concerning disputes involving the public body that are the subject of pending or imminent court action and Ohio Revised Code Section 121.22(G)(2) to consider the potential sale of real property. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Council President Schutt stated, Council will be going into Executive Session. It is 7:21 p.m. When we reconvene, we will have no further matters to vote on and upon adjourning will go right into Caucus. I would like to invite the following individuals into Executive Session: Mayor Bodnar, Ms. Calta, Ms. Wolgamuth, Chief Carcioppolo, Dan Russell and Ms. Garbo. Council returned from Executive Session at 8:22 p.m. Motion to reconvene into Regular Session. Mrs. Jurcisek, seconded by Mr. Arndt, made a motion to reconvene into Regular Session.
