Upon Third Reading and assuming passage and upon signature by the <br />Mayor, Ordinance 2025-07 will be submitted to the electors for a vote. <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2025-12, entitled, "An Ordinance amending the <br />Village Charter to remove the requirement for a Petitioner's Committee for Nominating <br />and other Petitions." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Administration). Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Administration). (First Reading — June 16, <br />2025) (Ordinance 2025-13 was referred to Planning and Zoning. After recommendation <br />from the Planning Commission, and Upon Third Reading and assuming passage, this <br />legislation will take effect immediately upon signature of the Mayor. ) <br />Council President Schutt: Discussion? <br />There was none. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />• First Reading of Ordinance No. 2025-14, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance to <br />approve current replacement pages to the Mayfield Village Codified Ordinances." <br />Introduced by Mayor Bodnar (Administration). (Requires suspension of the rules <br />tonight and upon passage this legislation will take effect immediately upon signature of <br />the Mayor.) <br />Mrs. Jurcisek, seconded by Mr. Arndt, made a motion to suspend Ordinance 2025-14. <br />
