? <br />xESOLUTZON No. ? <br />? ?y Yx <br />Appointing board to report estimates to pay the <br />cost and expenses of improving the following streets; S 0 M <br />Center Road on the east side only from Bonn,y Vievr Road to <br />l'Tilson Mills Road; Viilson ll•Zills Road on the south side only <br />from S 0 ITL Center Road to Beech Hills Road, Seneca Road and <br />Glenview Roa.d for their entire 1ength by constructir_g local <br />sanitary sewers therein. . <br />YVHERrAS, the Council ha.s declared it necessary to improve S 0 Tui <br />Center Road on the east side only from Bonny View Road to lNilson N.ills <br />Road; -Wilson iV'iills Road on the south side only frora S 0 AI Center Road to <br />Beech Hills Road; Seneca £toad and Glenview Road for their entire length <br />by constructing local sanitary secvers therein and to assess the tivhole cost <br />of said improvement, less 1/50 thereof and the cost of intersections, in <br />proportion to the benefits ivhich may result,from said improvetnent upon the <br />lots and lands bounding and abutting upon said streets between the terrnini <br />thereof as described hereina-bove. ; <br />Now tn.erefore; <br />BE IT RESOI,VED b,y the Council of the Village of IVlayrield, State <br />of Ohio, that Maynard Covert, Charles D. Parker and Harry Corlett; three <br />disinterested freeholders of said vil.lage be and?ther are hereby appointed <br />? ?. board to estimate the assessment of such cost on the lots and lands to <br />be'charged therefrith as set fortn. in Resolution Ido.36-g, declating it nec- <br />essary to construct local sanitary sewers in said streets, passed IJtarcn <br />19,1928, in proportion as nearly as may be to the benefits which may result <br />from the improvement of the several lots or parcels of land so assessed <br />and to report to this council the esaid estimated assessment. <br />Passed; May 21st,1928. <br />Mayor and President of the Council <br />Attest: ? <br />Clerk-of the Council. <br />F-I
